Please be committed when you make a deposit to adopt. As the deposit is non-refundable as it goes to the fees, such as their essential care service & their food, doctor visits and flight fares. 

THE ADOPTER’S RESPONSIBILITY:

The  adopter understands to be committed when making a deposit. As the deposit is non-refundable as it transfers for payments & fees to Korea. And adopter‘s are responsible of paying such fees when the pet arrives to destination airport. A fee for certified documents, custom and 

animal quarantine. 

EXPLANATION OF THE PET CARE DURING BOARDING AND WAIVER:

Our team do our best to keep the pets healthy & vaccinated on time and care giving professionally until the pet is ready to aboard the flight, but we are not responsible during the transportation which the pet/pets will be flying with flights which they provides right temperature and safe environment for them to be comfortable during the flight and also the pets will be fed and water served before the boarding, and the food & water will be served in their carrier. And we would like to clarify that we are not responsible for any accident incidents that occurs during the transportation. Which we never heard of any bad incidents. And the adopter understands the participation in the above activity or the service involves. And the adopter voluntarily agrees to participate and the participant hereby waives, and discharges the Service Provider from any and all the claims.
